Naomico Shipping

GENERAL INFORMATION

In order to guarantee your order is delivered correctly, please check that your shipping address includes all essential details and information. Naomico is not responsible for orders that are displaced due to insufficient or incorrect address information given during the check-out process. 

Naomico ships orders using USPS, DHL, and other carriers provided by our fulfillment centers. However, we reserve the right to switch carriers at any given time. Shipping rates may vary due to certain items being shipped from different warehouse locations. 

International orders are imported on behalf of the recipient/customer. By placing an international order, the customer permits Naomico to import the order on the customer’s behalf to a subcontractor. The customer is responsible for the taxes and duties as well as the total price of the order. Naomico is not responsible for reimbursing orders seized by customs; please check your customs laws and policies that dictate what products are allowed to be shipped to your area before placing your order. 

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders purchased through Naomico have a separate processing time due to available stock and manufacturing times. Order time may vary; initial shipping time may vary.  

After your payment has been authorized and verified, orders may take up to 10 business days to process. Rush orders may still take up to 7 business days to process due to stock and manufacturing times. This does not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery may vary.

Depending on stock and shipping methods in your location and the time the order was placed, orders placed to be delivered domestically can still take 1-14 business days to process before it is shipped out.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. If you do not receive tracking information you may request it with your order I.D. number. 

The total shipping amount for your order is usually auto-calculated at checkout depending on the location the order is shipped to, and how the individual item(s) are being supplied. 

SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are non-refundable. You are also responsible for all shipping costs of returning items. Any amount due for refund shipments will be deducted from any store credit issued.

Naomico does ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, we do not offer expedited shipping for PO Boxes.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you have a package that you believe was not delivered or your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but not received you must contact us within 14 days to file a claim. In rare circumstances will delivery claims be accepted past 14 days.

If you need help processing a claim to a carrier please contact our support team. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier used.

Naomico does not take responsibility for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms were delivered to the correct address or lost due to inserting an incorrect address at checkout, will not be refunded or credited. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains more than one item and one (or more) of the items is out of stock then we will ship the available item(s) and process the item(s) on backorder once available. If the item is indefinitely discontinued by Naomico or textile suppliers and/or vendors then you will receive a refund in-store credit. 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

If we are not able to verify a common or correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, this may result in delays to your final delivery time. 

Naomico holds the right to limit, reject, and/or cancel orders at any time due to:

A return history containing suspicious activity of “wardrobing;” 

A history of worn, damaged, laundered, missing, or used items; or, 

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity includes “product boosting”.

Naomico also holds the right to reject returns, claims, and services (both in-person and online) to any customers due to similar suspicious activities.

 

Naomico Returns

IMPORTANT: Naomico does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Returns are refunded via store credit. On rare occasions, cash refund requests will be granted.

You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return all items that are in question to be returned.

Online Returns Policy

U.S. Domestic – Please use the return address on the package you receive to return your item to our warehouse.

Please be sure to send us only the item(s) you are wanting to return following the guidelines of our Return Policy: 

Items must be returned within 14 days of the day that the items are received. 

Items must not have been worn or washed. 

Items must have original tags attached. 

Items must be free of odors, fragrances, makeup, deodorant, stains, or any signs of wear and tear.

Items must have original security seals in tack.

 

All of the following are non-returnable: undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, makeup, beauty products, and customized/personalized products. 

All orders you are wanting to return must be stated in a packing slip. If not completed correctly, your return may result in delays during processing. 

If returning multiple orders, each individual order must contain its own packing slip. 

All returns are refunded via store credit.

We are not responsible for any packages returned that are lost or stolen in transit before they reach one of our warehouse or fulfillment centers and the packing slip is verified. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days once your order has been received at warehouses or fulfillment centers. 

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item it must be reported within 7 days after your order has been delivered.

We do not accept drop-off returns at our offices, warehouses, fulfillment centers, pop-up shops, or in person. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Your package can be returned to the sender if the address you provided at check-out is invalid, missing, or incomplete, the selected carrier was unable to deliver the package to the address provided, the order was refused by the recipient, or a signed delivery was missed by the maximum delivery attempts of the carrier. Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping charge.

Once orders are placed in our system we are not able to make any changes to the order. To guarantee that your package is delivered, be sure that the address you provided is a common address, P.O. Box, P.O. Box physical address, and includes any essential details. Be sure to use the street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and correct abbreviations. We are not responsible for any packages returned due to being lost, stolen, misplaced in transit, or incorrect delivery due to the incorrect shipping address provided at check-out. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Naomico reserves the right to limit, refuse, and reject returns at any time due to the following conditions: 

A return history containing suspicious activity of “wardrobing;” 

A history of worn, damaged, laundered, missing, or used items; or, 

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity includes “product boosting”.

Naomico also holds the right to reject returns, claims, and services (both in-person and online) to any customers due to similar suspicious activities. Non-Naomico items sent to our warehouses and fulfillment centers will be discarded upon receipt.

Item Exchange Request

Due to our inability to guarantee that the style and/or size required to complete an exchange for the same or fair item will be available at the time of the request, we do not accept exchange requests. However, your item may be returned for store credit if it complies with our Return Policy Guidelines.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

If the item(s) you received was damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered you may contact our customer support via the Online Contact Form. Once we have received your request one of our staff members will contact you to resolve the issue. 

Returning By Mail

Domestic returns are suggested to be returned via USPS. If you are returning an international order you may return it by mail carrier of your choice. Be sure to include the packing slip that includes all items being returned. If the item is not returned properly with missing items, missing packing slip, or incomplete packing slip, delays may be encountered during the return process. Mail your return items to our warehouses or fulfillment centers at the address stated on the included return label or shipping label return address.

If you are returning an international package please allow an additional 5-14 days for your return to be processed after your return has been received, which in this case may take several weeks. Once your return is completely processed, we will then issue you store credit for use on a new or future purchase. 

Caution: Naomico is not responsible for any returns until they reach one of our warehouses or fulfillment centers. Be sure to keep postage and all receipts along with any tracking information that you have on your returned items until the entire return process of your items has been completed. If you do not provide proof of delivery, Naomico will not issue store credit for your returns.
